Returns & Exchanges
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than product damage.
- A return or exchange is only applicable if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Valid photo/video proof of the damage must be shared via email or WhatsApp for verification.
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- We do not accept return requests for color variations, or change of mind.
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds for final‑sale items.
- No Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
- Returns will not be accepted if the damage is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
