At Vismity, we take great care in ensuring that every product is delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than product damage.
  • A return or exchange is only applicable if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Valid photo/video proof of the damage must be shared via email or WhatsApp for verification.
  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • We do not accept return requests for  color variations, or change of mind.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for final‑sale items.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the damage is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The decision of our quality check team will be final regarding eligibility
